2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER LOGIN TO THE SYSTEM FOR INTERVIEW RESULTS!
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
Candidates who qualify for final registration are required to come personally to the Graduate School Directorate with the documents written below within the period announced (delays caused by postal mail will not be taken into account in the documents to be sent by return/registered mail or courier).
a) Documents to be Requested from Students from the Republic of Türkiye
Certified copy of diploma or graduation certificate: A certified copy of the recognition document to be obtained from the Higher Education Council for Turkish students who have completed their education abroad; *Applicants for the Bachelor's program for the Master's program, and Master's documents for the PhD program
2) ALES or equivalent exam result document: TUS certificate for Medical Faculty graduates accepted to Basic Medical Sciences doctoral programs, DUS certificate for Dentistry graduates or computer printout
3) Transcript: The original, officially approved copy or e-government printout of the document showing the graduation success grade with the breakdown of courses and grades.
4) Computer printout of the exam result document whose equivalence is accepted by YDS / YÖKDİL or ÖSYM (for doctoral programs)
5) Photocopy of the Republic of Turkey Identity Card
6) 4 newly taken 4.5x6 cm photos
7) Document stating that there is no military service for male candidates
8) Student registration form (It will be obtained from the Graduate School's website. (FR 3.4.1-05)
9) Advisor preference form (It will be obtained from the Graduate School's website. (FR 3.4.6-01)

Candidates who want to enroll in the Non-Thesis Master's programs must submit the documents (excluding the above documents, ALES and YDS documents) to our Graduate School. Afterwards, they will be given a student number and password. After the registration receipt for the Non-Thesis Master's programs is delivered to our graduate school, the studentship of the candidate becomes final.
Non-Thesis 2. Tuition fees are in two installments, and the installment for the fall semester is as follows.
Non-Thesis Master in Animal Science: 11.000 TL
* The registration and/or studentship of those whose documents are found to be falsified and/or forged will be cancelled.
b) Documents to be Requested from Foreign Students
1) Certified copy of diploma or graduation certificate: Notarized translation of diploma or graduation certificate received from abroad, and original or officially approved copies of the recognition document obtained from the Higher Education Council
Transcript: The original or officially certified copy of the document showing the graduation grade with the breakdown of the courses and grades; Courses and transcripts taken from foreign countries, the original or officially approved copies of the notarized translation
C1 level document showing that they have been successful in the Turkish exam given by ULUTÖMER, YEE or TÖMER: (excluding those who graduated from a higher education institution in Turkey)
Candidates who do not have a C1 certificate are given 2 years to obtain this document.
Computer printout of the exam result document whose equivalence is accepted by YDS / YÖKDİL or ÖSYM (for doctoral programs)
Passport: Notarized copy of the passport with a student visa, translated into Turkish
6) Residence permit: The original or officially approved copy of the residence permit to be obtained from the Provincial Security Directorate must be submitted to the Graduate School within one month at the latest from the date of final registration.
7) 4 newly taken 4.5x6 cm photos
8) Document showing that the fee determined by the relevant legislation has been paid
9) Student registration form (It will be obtained from the Graduate School's website. (FR 3.4.1-05)
10) Consultant preference form (It will be obtained from the Graduate School's website. (FR 3.4.6-01)

12) The tuition fee for foreign candidates is 10232.50 TL for one semester.
