Significant donation from philanthropic businessman to BUU (to our Vocational School)
Hakan Dinçtürk, a businessman and lawyer from Bursa, donated a total of 250 thousand TL to be used in the academic and physical infrastructure works of Bursa Uludağ University Vocational School of Health Services. Upon the donation, the University Administration decided to name the computer laboratory in the Vocational School after the mother of the philanthropic businessman.
Businessman and lawyer Hakan Dinçtürk made special support to the University to keep the name of his late mother, Asuman Dinçtürk, alive. Hakan Dinçtürk, who donated 250 thousand TL to the Uludağ University Empowerment Foundation to be used for the general needs of BUU Vocational School of Health Services, signed the protocol together with Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Saim Kılavuz and Empowerment Foundation Director Ramazan Üzü. With the protocol made, it was decided to change the name of the computer laboratory in the Vocational School to Asuman Dinçtürk Computer Application Laboratory.

Speaking at the protocol signing ceremony, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Saim Kılavuz underlined that they have always been proud to be the University of Bursa. "This city has always taken care of its university. There are many philanthropic people in this city. They have never failed to support us. Mr. Hakan Dinçtürk is one of them," said Prof. Dr. Ahmet Saim Kılavuz, "Thanks to him, we will have completed some improvement works in our Vocational School. God bless everyone who supports our University, whether it is a brick or a stone. May you have a lot of profits. May you be blessed to sign many good and beautiful deeds. Don't be missing," he said.
EDUCATION IS THE MOST VALUABLE SUBJECT!
Lawyer Hakan Dinçtürk emphasized that education is one of their most valuable issues. Stating that as the child of a retired worker father and a housewife mother, they studied under extremely difficult conditions, Hakan Dinçtürk said; "I am a person who has personally experienced the difficulties and troubles of education life. That's why we are trying to help in this field as much as possible, to the best of our ability. We also have some scholarship initiatives for students. Our support for education makes us happy."
