“BİTUAM, arı ürünlerinin kemometrik karakterizasyonu ile ilgili projeler geliştirmeye devam ediyor”

Öğr. Gör. Dr. Kader ÇETİN yürütücülüğünde, Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi BAP birimi tarafından desteklenen “Bursa İli Uludağ'ın Farklı Bölgelerinden Alınan Arı Polenlerinin Kemometrik Karakterizasyonu” projesi gerçekleştirilmektedir.

Bu projede, Bursa’nın farklı bölgelerinden farklı periyotlarda toplanan arı polenlerinin fizikokimyasal, enstrümental ve palinolojik analizlerin gerçekleştirilmesi sonucu elde edilen verilerin, makine öğrenmesi algoritmaları yardımıyla kemometrik yorumlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Böylece polenlerin çeşidi ve coğrafi orijine göre karakterizasyonu ile sınıflandırılmasının gerçekleştirilmesi hedeflenmektedir.

Under the supervision of Dr. Kader ÇETİN, the project entitled "Chemometric Characterization of Bee Pollen Collected from Different Regions of Uludağ in Bursa Province", supported by the Bursa Uludağ University Scientific Research Projects Unit (BAP), is being carried out at Science and Technology Application and Research Center (BITUAM).

This project aims to perform physicochemical, instrumental, and palynological analyses of bee pollen collected from various regions of Bursa at different periods, and then interpret the obtained data chemometrically with the assistance of machine learning algorithms. The main objectives of the project are the characterization and classification of pollens according to their types and geographical origins.
