• Students who cannot take the midterm exams on time due to the reasons specified in Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Bursa Uludağ University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulation must fill out this form completely and submit it to our faculty's document registration office within 5 business days at the latest following the end of their excuse. Requests for make-up exams are decided by the Faculty Board of Directors.

Double Major Minor Application Form (Click)

Students who meet the application requirements in Article 22 of the Bursa Uludağ University Minor Undergraduate Program Regulation must attach an approved transcript (grade report) showing the courses they have taken and their grades to this form and apply to the faculty document registration office with this document.

In order for a student to apply for a minor program, their GPA must be at least 2.50. There are other requirements, and in order to get detailed information and avoid making mistakes, be sure to read the U.U. Minor Program Directive carefully before filling out the form.

• Quotas and application periods are announced by the U.U. Rectorate every year. Students can contact the department they want to study the minor field in advance and learn whether the department accepts minor students, if so, what the conditions are, and detailed information about the courses they will take if accepted from the relevant department administrators.
• Students who meet the application requirements in Articles 14 and 15 of the Bursa Uludağ University Double Major Program Directive must attach an approved transcript (grade report) showing the courses they have taken and their grades to this form they will fill out and apply to the faculty document registration office with this document.
• In order for a student to apply for a double major program, they must have successfully completed all credit courses and have a GPA of at least 2.72. There are other requirements besides these, and in order to get detailed information and avoid making mistakes, please read the U.U.
