Preliminary assessment:

 1) To be a registered graduate student
 2) Ales (60%); To have a score of at least 70 from the numerical score type
 3) Foreign Language (40%): (YDS, KPDS, ÜDS, TOEFL, OTHERS) At least 55 for doctorate and YLS
 4) Being 35 years old by the date of announcement
       

Final assessment:

1) Ales (30%); To have a score of at least 70 from the numerical score type
2) Foreign Language (10%): (YDS, KPDS, ÜDS, TOEFL, OTHERS) At least 55 for doctorate and YLS
3) GANO (30%): General Academic Achievement Grade
4) Entrance Exam (30%): Written or oral examination
