Attention All Students!

Students who have settled in our university and completed the final registration process and who have not had an e-mail account at our university before can create a Student E-Mail Account by logging in to http://https://parola.uludag.edu.tr with e-Government and specifying their password. The username and password created will also be valid for Student Automation and UKEY systems. E-mail addresses will be in the form of ÖğrenciNo@ogr.uludag.edu.tr.

Students who have an e-mail account at our university before can see the active account information and change the password when they enter http://https://parola.uludag.edu.tr with their e-government username and password.

For students who are not e-government users whose usernames and passwords are given by Student Affairs, it is sufficient to log in to the student automation to activate their e-mail addresses.

To use your e-mail account, click on the Student tab on the BUU logo on the home page and click on the Student Mail title on the page that appears. You can log in with your username and password in student automation.

The e-mail account will be closed within 90 days if the student graduates and is dismissed.
