Our Child Development Program at the Vocational School was established in 2003 under the METEP framework. The entire education and training of the Child Development Program is carried out within our own buildings. The primary aim of the Child Development Program is to train assistant teachers. Graduates will acquire sufficient knowledge to work in kindergartens, nursery schools, and children's wards in hospitals, specifically in playrooms for children.
The mission of the Child Development Program is to train assistant educators who possess research and problem-solving skills, can continuously improve themselves, and work for the benefit of society through an education system aligned with universal standards. The vision of the program is to become an internationally recognized program that generates knowledge, trains educators, and constantly develops in the field of child education, serving as a model for others.
Our laboratory facilities, which include equipment, devices, and software, are equipped to offer comprehensive support for the program. There are currently 10 kindergarten classrooms and nurseries in the Yenişehir district.
Main Work Areas of Graduates:
The Child Development Program Assistant Educator is a key role positioned between the Child Development Teacher and the Child Development Technician. The assistant educator possesses more theoretical knowledge than the technician and more practical application skills than the teacher, thus serving as a crucial intermediary role in the field.
