Internal transfers are conducted between equivalent programs at the same academic level, subject to the quotas approved by the Senate. Applications follow the "Regulations on Transfers, Double Major, Minor, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfers between Associate and Bachelor's Degree Programs" and "Bursa Uludağ University Horizontal Transfer Guidelines".
Applications are ONLİNE via the university’s "YATAY GEÇİŞ BAŞVURU" system.
The necessary documents, application process, and evaluation schedule for students applying to our university under the Regulation on Amendments to the Principles Regarding Transfers, Double Majors, Minors, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfers Between Associate and Bachelor’s Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions via Central Placement Score (Supplementary Item- 1) are outlined below. Applications must be submitted ONLİNE through the specified address. Applications with missing documents or incorrect declarations will not be considered.
Students can apply for a horizontal transfer under Supplementary Item-1 only once. However, students who transfer under this article may return to their original higher education institution, where they initially gained admission through the ÖSYS/YKS central placement exam, without being subject to the announced quota in future application periods.
These students must submit their return applications in person to the relevant faculty or vocational school’s student affairs office. Disciplinary penalties received at the receiving institution under this transfer method will not be considered during the return process.
Transfers between equivalent programs across different institutions are subject to YÖK-approved quotas and the guidelines in the same regulation.
